Executive Support

Kapacity.org designs and delivers one-on-one executive support for people driving and implementing change – in their teams and organisations, their communities and their own careers.


Executive support is provided face-to-face or by video/voice conferencing by Kapacity.org director Natasha Cica.

Support is carefully tailored to the needs, personality and aspirations of the individual – in their specific professional, industry and cultural context.

Support can involve any of the following:
