  • CLIENT TESTIMONIALS:

  • As a senior woman, working as the head of a support function in a highly competitive male financial services environment, I encountered challenges in using my traditional professional style to best effect. Natasha was very helpful at suggesting practical tactics – both at an individual level and in group settings with my colleagues – to assert myself in ways that felt both appropriate and authentic to me, and that also would have the necessary impact on my colleagues. Over several months, I implemented the plan that we made to great effect.
  • – Professional services manager, financial services sector, Switzerland

  • Natasha provided very sound and clear guidance to me as I came to identify, and then to act on, workplace bullying of which I was the object. Natasha’s clarity around the nature of the behaviour was particularly helpful during a time of professional vulnerability to which I was unaccustomed. Her clear analysis of what I was being subjected to, along with her recommendations for concrete steps I could take to manage – and ultimately to exit – the situation were very helpful. Her ability to deliver practical advice while at the same time quickly understanding the important dynamics of my former workplace was exceptional – and very useful to me at a time when my own thinking was under much stress.
  • – Corporate lawyer, London-based multinational

  • Natasha has acted as guide and mentor as I have entered a highly competitive creative industry, this has influenced the production of work, the building of industry contacts, the development of collaborative projects, and the completion of major works. Through this process I have become more deeply involved in my craft. Fundamentally it has made me a more dynamic, vigorous and focused innovator.
  • – Cultural entrepreneur, London

  • Kapacity.org’s logo perfectly describes its ability to change the direction of people’s lives. Natasha strategically connected me to someone who recognised my potential, and urged me to apply for a position that suited my eclectic cv. I got the job – my first new role in 15 years! If you’re looking for a new direction, you’ll find it with Kapacity.org.
  • – Lawyer, horticulturalist and teacher, Australia

  • I have observed and been inspired by Natasha’s clear, fearless action and her strategic paths. In our own work together, she has held the bar high which encouraged me to work with energy that is both smarter and wilder. She has enabled my access to some excellent professional networks, which has directly benefited my own career advancement.
  • – Publishing executive, Australia

  • Natasha was an invaluable source of support and information as we took our first steps with [our not-for-profit] in 2015. She helped us to think strategically about our plans and goals for the organisation, and connected us with some great contacts who shared our vision. We’re so grateful for Natasha’s input.
